AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF DAILY MONEY MANAGERS TO HOLD ANNUAL
CONFERENCE IN SAN DIEGO
The American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM) will
hold its annual conference in San Diego , CA , November 11-13 with
programming for both experienced money managers and those new to the
profession.
On Saturday the opening general session will run concurrently with a
workshop for new daily money managers. The topics for the morning
general session will be: “Understanding the Medicare Drug
Prescription Benefit,” presented by Jillian Green, Field Organizer,
Medicare Today, Encino, CA; and, “QuickBooks & Quicken: Pros and
Con,” presented by Lisa Acri, CPA, Vogt and Bruzga, PC, Harrisburg,
PA. On Saturday afternoon, Joan Rich, Ph.D., NCSP, of San Diego ,
will present “Dealing with Difficult Personalities,” and a panel of
professional advisors will discuss “Business Ethics.”
The workshop for those exploring entering the profession or those
new to it will be presented by a panel of experienced Daily Money
Managers, and will focus on the opportunities, the challenges and
the rewards.
Sunday's program will include the topic, “Building your Business,”
and will feature presentations on branding and networking by Barbara
Burbridge, The Burbridge Company, San Diego , CA . Dr. Stephen
Randall, Results in No Time, Berkeley , CA , will discuss ways to
optimize time challenges. Throughout the conference there are
scheduled “Idea Exchanges,” intended to allow members to share
successful business tips.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Catamaran Resort Hotel,
San Diego . Deadline for reserving rooms is October 7.
